1、 【摘要】 :本课题是订书机连接板的级进模具。通过工艺分析,订书机连接板级进模模具包含了冲 裁、弯曲、压筋三步工艺步骤,其中冲裁拥有四个步骤,压筋一个工步、弯曲两个工步。订书机连 接板级进模采用侧刃定距的定位方式, 能够准确对条料进行定距; 送卸料方式是通过人工送料和弹 性卸料来实现的。由于级进模模具的定位精度要求较高,因而用了四导柱的定位方式。模具的主体 采用了整体结构, 凸凹通过配合加工来满足凸凹模之间的精度要求。 模具的凸模定位方式采用了台 阶式结构。 该模具的设计过程: 先通过工艺分析确定了工件的排样图 (其中包含: 工艺步骤的划分, 条料的定距方式,凸凹模的形状等),通过排样图确定凸
2、凹模的尺寸,通过 AUTOCAD 绘制出凸凹模 的工程图,再运用 UG 绘制出模具各部分的三维模型,按照要求用 UG 对模具各零部件进行装配。 【关键词】 :级进模;订书机;精度;定位 Abstract: The topic is about progressive die of Stapler gusset.
