2、主要内容为计算器上盖注塑模的设计。 首先获得产品部件的外型实体 模型，进行分析,然后利用 AUTO2008 重画出二维图，用 AutoCAD2008 完成注塑模具非 标准零件的零件图和模架的装配图。设计塑件确定成型方法： （采用注射法） 。编写成 型工艺；选择成型设备：成型设备的性能、规格、特点；设计模具结构方案；绘制模 具装配图和零件图；编写模具制造工艺卡片； 撰写课程设计报告等。通过不断分析 改进和修整，使设计达到要求，通过所有检验后，用 AutoCAD2008 完成注塑模具非标 准零件的零件图和模架的装配图。 关键词：注塑模；模具制造；制造工艺 AbstractAbstract Inje
