1、 I 摘要摘要 本次论文设计是基于煤矿流体机械选型设计, 完成煤矿主排水设备水泵的型 及设计,通风机选型与设计和 4-72-11No.20B 离心风机房的降噪设计三大任务旨 在提高设备利用效率,降低风机房的噪声,实现最大经济效益。 本文根据安全和工作能力的要求,选取相应的水泵,离心风机以及对应的电 动机。并且根据煤矿需要,计算年耗电量,进行基本的生产成本算。降噪设计通 过对噪声原理设计计算,设计选择合适的消声器,对风机出进行合理的设计,安 装一定的扩散型消声器, 同时解决风机出口消声器的气流再生噪声及高频失效问 题。 本文主要是煤矿用排水设备的选型、矿用风机的选型,以及风机扩散器出口 噪声综合
