1、 摘 要 跑步机是家庭及健身房常备的器材，而且是当今家庭健身器材中最简单的一种，是 家庭健身器的最佳选择。专家们相信未来跑步机市场将以普及和人性化为主，所以跑步 机行业的研究设计和开发拥有较好前景。 本课题是首先调查和总结市场上现有的跑步机的优缺点，然后完成多功能跑步机的 设计。本课题主要的功能有折叠功能，不用时可以折叠起来从而节省摆放空间；手动调 节坡度功能，让用户在跑步时可以体验不同坡度跑步的感觉；自动微调功能可以根据使 用者跑步速度的变化而跟着变化，实现让跑步机跟着用户跑等功能。另外本设计的多功 能跑步机便于搬运、结构简介、外观美观、人性化设计。除跑步功能外，还有美腰、扭 腰、仰卧起坐、
