1、摘 要 I 摘 要 虚拟专用网络 VPN（Virtual Private Network )能通过公用网络 Internet 建立一 个临时的、安全的连接，是一条穿过混乱的公用网络的安全、稳定的隧道。VPN 是对企业内部网的扩展，它可以帮助远程用户、公司分支机构、商业伙伴及供应 商同公司的内部网建立可信的安全连接，并保证数据的安全传输。许多公司使用 VPN 向公司外部的员工提供企业网络接入。 本文基于 VPN 的理论， 在前期对几种 VPN 实际运用中的各种问题比较的基础 上，对反馈进行分析来反映 VPN 现状。之后，从客户角度出发，分析了造成问题 的原因，进而从可用性、安全性及管理性三个角度

Then, from the view of customers, analyzing the cause of the problems, and then from three perspectives such as the availability, the security and the management on the needs of customers are analyzed.
