1、 0 摘摘 要要 机械制造工业是国民经济最重要的部门之一， 是一个国家或地区经济发展的支柱产 业，其发展水平标志着该国家或地区的经济实力、科技水平、生活水平和国防实力。机 械制造业的生产能力和发展水平标志着一个国家或地区国民经济现代化的程度， 而机械 制造业的生产能力主要取决于机械制造装备的先进程度， 产品性能和质量的好坏则取决 于制造过程中工艺水平的高低。 将设计图样转化成产品， 离不开机械制造工艺与夹具， 因而它是机械制造业的基础， 是生产高科技产品的保障。离开了它，就不能开发制造出先进的产品和保证产品质量， 不能提高生产率、降低成本和缩短生产周期。机械制造工艺技术是在人类生产实践中产 生
2、并不断发展的。机械制造工艺的内容极其广泛，它包括零件的毛坯制造、机械加工及 热处理和产品的装配等。 连杆作为传递力的主要部件广泛应用于各类动力机车上，是各类柴油机或汽油机的重要 部件。连杆在传递力的过程中，承受着很高的周期性冲击力、惯性力和弯曲力。这就要 求连杆应具有高的强度、韧性和疲劳性能。同时，因其是发动机重要的运动部件，故要 求很高的重量精度。随着汽车行业的发展，连杆的需求量在不断增加，也出现了许多不 同的加工制造工艺。如何制定一套合理的加工工艺是我这次设计的主要内容。 1 Abstract Machinery manufacturing industry is the most imp
