1、 摘要 晶闸管直流稳压电源是通过整流桥把交流电转换为直流电的向负载直接 供电的装置。其设计重点是保证有较高的转化效率和输出的直流电压保持稳定。 本文介绍了以晶闸管组成三相桥式整流电路, 用 KJ004 和 KJ041 组成的触发 电路的晶闸管直流稳压电源。该电源大大提高了电流的转换效率和电压的稳定 性, 在一定程度上解决了现有系统存在的问题, 从而提高了系统的整体运行性能。 本文研究电源从主电路入手, 分析了三相桥整流器的输出特性和其所需要的触发 脉冲的特性,确定了主电路和触发电路。从输出电压稳定性方面入手增加了电压 调节器电流调解器和滤波电路等辅助电路。 从保护晶闸管元件方面入手增加了电 压
