1、 I 摘摘 要要 本文是关于计算机显示卡支架的级进模设计,由于难以一次加工完成,故用级 进模生产,可以完成所需的复杂过程-冲孔和弯曲。制件的材料是 LY12M 铝。生产 30 万件。 此次级进模结构设计,完成的是对计算机显示卡固定板的冲裁、弯曲的复合工 艺。本文首先对零件图及成型工艺进行了分析,并着重对排样方法进行了论证后合 理的优选出排样方法。达到了提高利用率,降低生产成本和提高生产效率。 在经过了压力中心计算后改善了排样方法,并确定了模具的基本结构,简化模 具结构、降低制造成本、提高生产效率。详细的描述了各个零件的设计与强度校核、 工作部分的计算及标准件的选择过程。在对整套模具进行了经济性
