2、严重影响了课堂的教学效果，对教师的教学和学生的发展 都产生了不良的影响。 纲要指出要建立良好的活动常规，逐步引导幼儿学会自我管 理，减少不必要的管理行为。本研究的目的是为了减少幼儿的违纪行为和使广大的幼儿 教师更好管理课堂，帮助教师在课堂教学管理中利用比较简易的言语策略的方法来处 理、应对幼儿的课堂违纪行为。本论文有利于丰富幼儿园课堂管理方面的资料，为推动 课堂管理向纵向发展提供进一步的理论支持。我主要使用观察记录与问卷的方法，对幼 儿违纪行为的现状进行了分析，探究了问题产生的原因并提出了一些具有针对性的建 议。希望能给广大的在幼儿教育一线的教师们提供帮助并能丰富相关的理论。 关键词：违纪行为
