2、，目前外资银行已经成为我国银行体系的重要组成部分。 外 资银行在中国已经有了一定的发展历史，也取得了一些成绩。外资银行的进入， 对促进我国经济繁荣、完善我国的金融业起到了重要的作用。同时，中国的金融 行业将形成更加激烈的竞争局面，中资银行必须加快自身的改革步伐，才能更好 的应对激烈的竞争局面。本文结合我国现实状况，选取我国 14 家商业银行 1997-2010 年的面板数据，对外资银行进入对我国银行效率的影响进行实证研究 和逐步回归分析。研究表明，我国的净利息收益率与外资银行的进入程度显著相 关， 而税前利润率和营业费用率与外资银行进入程度不显著相关或者相关性不明 显。 关键词关键词：外资银行
