1、 - I - 汽车汽车主主减速器主锥总成结构设计及有限元分析减速器主锥总成结构设计及有限元分析 摘摘 要要 主锥总成接受原动机传来的动力,并向所啮合的圆锥齿轮进行传递运 动。在汽车主锥总成这一超静定的结构中,锁紧螺母的预紧力大小与垫片 的选择直接相关,垫片厚度不同,轴承预紧不同,齿轮的位置也不同。本 文针对装配中结构强度的问题,进行了后桥主减速器主锥总成装配技术中 的力学研究,剖析了主锥总成的装配过程,找出了装配过程中的主要力学 因素。基于装配过程中预紧需要的预紧力矩,通过理论分析获得拧紧力矩 和轴向力的关系,建立了主减速器总成装配中的力学模型。在建立力学模 型之后运用有限元法对主锥总成装配过
