1、 I 摘 要 自动布料控制系统主要包括矿仓料位检测与控制;布料小车位置检测与控 制;以及对相关设备实施逻辑连锁与保护控制,确保整个系统安全、稳定、高效 的运行。在焦化配料过程中,配煤仓出现混煤对产品质量有着直接的影响。目前 大多数焦化厂配煤布料系统中布料方式都是布料工人实现布料, 极易造成混煤和 堵料斗等质量事故。针对传统的布料形式的弊端,设计出高效稳定的自动布料控 制系统显得尤为的重要。 本自动布料控制系统以炼焦厂煤的自动布料为主体工艺, 采用 PLC 为核心处 理器,结合电气控制技术、检测技术将现场所有控制设备构建为分布式系统,通 过软件编程和软硬件组态技术实现自动布料的现代化监控与管理。
