1、 I 摘要摘要 本次设计课题为京福高铁合肥段箱梁制品厂混凝土搅拌站工艺设计。在设计 中,京福高铁合肥段箱梁制品厂混凝土搅拌站的工艺设计工作主要有以下几点:混 凝土配合比设计、物料平衡计算、混凝土搅拌站设备选型计算和主机生产能量平衡 计算、混凝土搅拌站工艺流程图及混凝土搅拌楼工艺布置图设计。 本次设计的主要宗旨是高效、节能、环保等特点。为适应高速铁路用混凝土对 特别均质和高性能、高强度的要求,采用双卧轴强制式搅拌机。其结构紧凑、运转 平稳高效的减速机构使得搅拌更激烈、更均匀、更迅速;独特的轴端密封机构保证 了可靠性及较长的使用寿命。而且所以设计的骨料堆场为全封闭式,它的建成不仅 降低了粉尘与噪音
