1、 摘 要 本毕业设计的建筑是洪泽中学综合服务楼，位于江苏省淮安市洪泽县，总建筑面积约 为 4200m2，总高度为 18.15m，共 4 层，第 1 层与第 2 层高 4.5m，其余层高均为 3.9m。 毕业设计主要内容包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。 建筑设计部分完成了建筑总体方案设计、平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计、外立面装 饰设计、防火设计以及屋面、楼梯及墙体等细部构造设计。完成了建筑设计说明及相应建 筑图。根据建筑使用功能要求和经济合理的原则，选取钢筋混凝土框架结构作为本建筑的 结构承重体系，采用柱下独立基础。 结构设计中考虑了恒载、楼屋面活载及地震水平作用、风荷载作用，荷载效应组合等 问题
2、。本设计框架抗震等级为三级。对框架梁、柱按强剪弱弯、强柱弱梁原则进行构件配 筋设计，并考虑了地震区对配筋的各种构造要求。 结构设计部分完成了结构体系选取、框架结构平面布置、截面尺寸估算、荷载计算、 侧移验算、内力计算、内力组合及构件配筋设计等工作，同时还完成了基础设计，楼板设 计、楼梯设计工作。完成了结构设计说明及基础配筋图，以及相应图纸绘制。 另外仔细研读了一篇与本专业相关的英文文献，并将其译成中文。 关键词关键词：综合楼服务楼；钢筋混凝土框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计 ABSTRACT The graduation design is a Integrated Services Buildi
