1、 I 摘要 工程项目管理是项目管理的一个重要分支 ，侧重于对施工工艺与 项目管理综合运用的阐述，即制作了具体工程施工的施工管理，同时也 在基础上提出了相符合的工程项目管理方案。本文通过对工程的成本、 工期、 质量三者的对立统一关系， 设计了一个具体工程项目的管理内容， 项目经理根据自己的职责管理工程，包括制作质量、安全、文明施工等 的管理办法，制作施工计划进度表，标准层结构施工网络计划，及施工 平面布置图等。得出结论在工程项目施工中管理和施工技术的重要性， 合理的管理对工程起到了非常积极地作用，有效地节约了人力、物力、 财力， 还缩短了工程的施工工期， 由此可见项目管理对工程的意义重大。 在施
