1、 共 21 页 第 1 页 摘 要 压缩机是一种压缩气体提高气体压力或输送气体的机器,应用极为广泛。在采矿业、 冶金业、机械制造业、土木工程、石油化学工业、制冷与气体分离工程以及国防工业中, 压缩机是必不可少的关键设备之一。此外,医疗、纺织、食品、农业、交通等部门的需求 也与日俱增。压缩机因其用途广泛被称为通用机械。 本论文主要是压缩机箱盖的加工工艺及制造,主要涉及箱盖毛坯的选用,以及使用数 控加工中心对箱盖进行铣削,孔加工。其中还包括箱盖的材料选用,箱盖的工艺过程,箱 盖的加工过程,刀具选用,刀具转速的确定以及切削进给的确定。在设计中主要用 CAD 以 及 Mastercam 来体现了压缩机
