1、 摘 要 汽车租赁是近年来一个新兴行业。为规范管理和经营行为，减少经营成本，提高工 作效率。开发汽车租赁管理系统软件十分必要。 使用 MySQL 数据库和 Java 语言实现了一个基于 JSP 的汽车租赁管理系统。其开发 主要包括前端应用程序的开发以及后台数据库的建立和维护两个方面。前台操作包括： 浏览查询车辆信息，留言，对车辆进行投诉，查看投诉回复，进行汽车租赁、续租、还 车和事故违章申请。后台回复会员的投诉，发布新车辆信息，管理车辆，审批租赁订单 和事故违章申请，查询收入报表等。 该系统以网络为平台，界面简洁，操作简单，易于掌握，简化租赁活动记录手续， 提高了租赁周转时间。 关键字：汽车租
