1、- I - 基于蠕动泵的步进电机控制系统的设计 摘 要 随着国内科研和生产的需要,蠕动泵的研制和应用得到有关部门和单 位的重视。从七十年代后期开始,抚顺石油炼制研究所,陕西化工部化肥 研究所,江苏电分析仪器厂等都根据自已科研和生产需要先后研制出不同 结构和规格的蠕动泵。并应用于仪器分析和实验室工作中。但总的来说, 蠕动泵在国内的应用还不广泛,对它的研究和应用有待开发。 本文介绍蠕动泵步进电机控制系统进行硬件和软件的设计,实现由步 进电机控制蠕动泵的相应控制。硬件系统采用单片机控制电路实现对电压 的可调,集成电路AD654与可编程逻辑器件步进电机控制电路,能实现蠕 动泵的平稳运行,而且能进行无级
2、调速,软件系统采用单片机控制的步进 电机系统,其转动方向、转动速率及转矩数可以通过计算机输入,运用程 序对这些数据进行处理,由单片机发出相应的控制信号,增加了控制的灵 活性。运用中断方式,使系统在运行时可随时改变步进电机的运行方式, 做到实时控制。 关键词 蠕动泵;步进电机;单片机 - II - Design of Stepping Motor Control System Based on Peristaltic Pump Abstract With domestic research and the needs of the production of the wriggle pump,t
