KEYWORDS: shield tunnel; tunnel; rail transit; cross-river tunnel; construction technique 一一、引言引言 盾构法施工技术自 1806 年由英国工程师布鲁诺首创，并用于英国伦敦泰晤 士河水底隧道，至今已有 200 余年历史。该技术由于无需占用大量隧道沿线的施 工场地，对城市的商业、交通、住居等影响很小，很快受到各国的推崇。经过数 代技术人员的不懈努力， 盾构法隧道施工技术由最初只能在极少数欧美发达国家 应用，发展成为目前发展中国家在城市市政建设中逐步应用的施工技术 5 。 近年来，随着我国市政基础设施建设的全面展开，有效利用和开发地下空资 源，成为各地政府的共识，由此，我国的盾构法隧道施工技术在各类工程实践中 得到迅速发展。我国使用盾构法修建隧道时，该技术已在世界范围内经历了一个 世纪的发展历程。正因为技
