1、 摘 要 在油井开采过程中,需要对油井的温度、压力、动液面等参数进行不定期测 量以监控采油过程,其中动液面是一个重要的参数。传统的动液面测量方法由人 工操作、人工信号判读。其数据计算整理工作繁琐,误差大、自动化程度低、效 率低。本文分析了传统动液面测量并与新型的动液面测量系统进行对比,研究了 动液面测量的详细步骤。并以 STC89C52 单片机为核心设计超声波测距的硬件电 路和软件来模拟动液面检测系统。首先设计了系统的整体方案,整个电路采用模 块化设计,包括控制模块、数据采集模块、显示等模块等,软件由主程序、预置 子程序、发射子程序、接收子程序、显示子程序等组成。最后对系统进行调试, 实现了测
