1、 I 摘 要 工程项目造价的确定与控制是工程建设项目管理的重要组成部分，它能够在 工程建设项目的全过程（投资决策、设计、招投标、施工阶段）中采取有效措施， 把工程项目建设发生的全部费用控制在批准的限额内，并随时纠正发生的偏差， 以保证投资估算、设计概预算和竣工结算等管理目标的实现，达到合理使用人力、 物力、财力，获得最大投资效益的目的。 首先进行施工方施工图的整体工程量的确定，在采用实物量报价与单位估价 法结合并用的方法来确定工程造价，其中工程的部分主体部分采用实物量法，一 些零星的工程造价采用单位估价法算出，在确定工程的总造价，最后对造价指数 进行汇总分析。 通过本次论文可以知道工程造价除了
