2、晰 。 近 年来 ， 虽 然政 府 对 集中 供 热 系统 建 设 的投 入 逐 年上 升 ， 但我 国 集 中供 热 覆盖 率 仍 处于 较 低 水平 ， 目 前仅 在 北 方各 省 的 主要 城 镇 建有 集 中 供热 系 统 ，且 平 均覆 盖 率 不 到 50%。 北 方 主要 城 镇 的供 暖 基 本 为市 政 集 中供 暖 、 天然 气 供 暖等 供热 方 式 。 集 中 供暖 方 式的 热 量及 供 暖范 围 已远 远 达不 到 现阶 段 居 民取 暖 的需 求。 随 着节 能 减 排淘 汰 落 后产 能 政 策在 全 国 的推 广 ， 地热 及 干 热岩 等 具 有节 约 燃
