1、 1 逻辑无环流 V-M 可逆直流调速系统 No circulation v-m reversible Logic design of DC Speed Control System 学学 生生 姓姓 名名 : : 指指 导导 教教 师师 : : 2 摘 要 本设计是电枢可逆,转速、电流双闭环直流调压调速系统。磁场回路采用桥式 整流电路,电枢回路采用可控硅三相桥在式整流调压系统,采用接触器电流切换 以实现可逆运行。系统应用工程方法设计的转速、电流两个调节器均采用 PI 结 构,以实现稳态无静差,同时在转速调节器上引入转速微分负反馈,从而达到了 抑制转速超调的目的。最后用 MATLAB/SIMU
2、LINK 对系统进行了仿真分析与校正, 为系统的参数进一步优化和现场调试奠定了基础。 关键词:双闭环直流调速系统; MATLAB/SIMULINK 仿真;电枢可逆; 3 Abstract The design is that armature is reversible , rotational speed and current the two pressure regulating speed adjustments of closed circuit of direct current system. the loop of magnetic field adopt bridge-typ
3、e rectification circuit, armature loop adopt may control silicon three-phase bridge-type rectification pressure regulating system, switch with contactor current with realize reversible operation. this systematic application project design two current regulators and the rotational speed of method des
4、ign adopt PI structure , with realize stable state have no static difference; at the same time lead into the differential negative feedback of rotational speed on the regulator of rotational speed, have so reached restrain the purpose of the super tune of rotational speed. use MATLAB/SIMULINK finally emulate for system analyse and rectify , is systematic parameter further optimization and the debug on-the-spot have established foundation.
