1、 摘摘 要要 本次毕业设计是进行绵阳市第二中学框架教学楼设计，主体结构采用钢 筋混凝土框架结构。总建筑面积为 9610.74 ，室内外高差 0.45m，层高 19.95。 普通教室与功能教室层高均为 3.9m，共 5 层。合班教室层高为 4.8m，共二层。 绵阳市抗震设防烈度为 7 度，设计基本地震加速度为 0.10g（第二组）。场地类 别为类，建筑工程等级为二级。 本中学教学楼设计为建筑设计： 根据建筑的使用功能进行建筑的平面布置及 建筑立面设计，认真考虑影响设计的各项因素，考虑到建筑设计的功能、实用 性，最后绘制建筑施工图。 关键词：教学楼；建筑设计；框架结构 ABSTRACT This
