1、 毕业设计论文 专 业: 热能热能动力动力工程工程 题 目: 混凝土拖泵整体式环保作业舱设计混凝土拖泵整体式环保作业舱设计 2015 年 6 月 I 摘 要 本设计对拖式混凝土泵的发展概况、发展趋势以及存在的问题进行了介绍, 并对混凝土拖泵环保舱的作用及优缺点进行了分析。对环保仓内四个舱室的结构 进行了逐个介绍,并对环保仓的基本结构进行了设计, 使其满足降噪和散热目的。 对柴油机正常运转时散发的热量进行了计算,并在此基础上计算了冷却系统的风 量、散热器的迎风面积和冷却面积。提出了增加导流罩的方案,并分析了导流罩 安装位置对环保舱降噪和散热的影响。分析了隔音室的结构及降噪原理,并据此 对隔音室进
2、行了具体设计。最后分析了强化传热的原则,并对混凝土拖泵环保舱 进行了强化传热研究。本设计为封闭罩体内的降噪和强化传热研究提供参考和依 据。 关键词:环保舱;降噪;强化传热 II Abstract In this paper,development overview,trends and problems of the trailer concrete pump were introduced. The roles of enclosure of the trailer concrete pump and advantages and disadvantages of that were ana
3、lyzed. The structure of four compartments was Introduced one by one, and the basic structure of enclose was designed in order to satisfy the need of noise reduction and cooling. The heat that was emitted by diesel engine during normal operation was calculated. On this basis, air flow of cooling syst
4、em, frontal area and cooling area of radiator were calculated. Proposals were put forward to increase the dome. The impact of dome installation location on noise reduction and cooling was analyzed. The structure of enclose and noise theory was analyzed, and on this basis, detail of enclose was designed. At last, the principle of heat transfer enhancement were analyzed, and heat transfer enhancement of enclose was studied. This design provide reference and basis of
