1、ZSB-1油田注水泵及其系统性能测试综合试验台设计油田注水泵及其系统性能测试综合试验台设计 摘要摘要:注水泵属于通用机械的范畴,在能源经济的各部门应用十分广泛。注水 泵在供水系统中是实现动力循环的重要组成部分,是重要的辅机之一。为了实 现水泵的安全经济运行,提高注水系统的效率,必须掌握水泵基本原理、性能、 结构、及运行调节等方面的必要知识,掌握水泵性能试验技术。 为了测定注水泵的各项性能参数,进而绘制出泵的性能曲线,我设计了注 水泵性能测试实验台.可实现能动态模拟油田注水工况,进行动态试验;能实现 注水泵串并联工作、多级注水泵的拆级、增级工作及注水泵系统能耗测试及 节能分析的实验; 本次实验使
