1、 毕业论文(设计) 齿轮锻坯整形机传动装置的设计齿轮锻坯整形机传动装置的设计 2014 年 3 月 30 日 I 摘 要 起动齿轮毛坯经心轴锻造锻成圆环后,其圆环的厚度因锻锤的锻击不均匀, 会出现凹凸不平,常常造成某些部位厚度尺寸误差较大,为此必须进行圆环的圆 整。我们用滚轮挤压的方法来代替传统上的车削加工,滚轮挤压的方法不仅可以 把做无用功的摩擦力作为动力,不用进行多次车削加工,既节省原材料又节省工 时,而且加工后的表面质量也较为光整,改善了材料的致密性,提高了材料的机 械性能。利用滚轮挤压的方法是完全可行的。 工件表面凹凸不平,利用有效摩擦力的原理来进行挤压,必须保证当毛坯尺 寸较小部位夹
