1、 基于 PLC 的室内空调温度控制设计 【摘要】【摘要】 本设计是将温度传感器采集到的室内温度转换为电阻的变化,再通过变送器将其转 化为模拟的输入电流或电压的变化,然后经过温度模块 FX0N-3A 把采集到的模拟量转换 成数字量送给 PLC 主模块,经过 CPU 的处理然后输出控制信号,控制两台压缩机和报警 灯。 当温度低于 25 度时,压缩机不工作,空调不启动;当温度高于 30 度时,启动一台 机组 Y0,空调开始制冷;当温度高于 36 时再启动一台 Y1,制冷效果加强,当温度减低 到 30 度时;停止 Y0,制冷下降,降到 26 度时两台都停止,空调此时相当于一台风扇, 没有制冷效果;当温
