However, piezoelectric generator has no complex structure, no fever, no electromagnetic interference and no pollution, and it is easy to realize the miniaturization and integration. Besides, it can meet the power demand of low energy product. Thus, piezoelectric generator is becoming a hotpots research. This paper has adopted the way of combining theoretical analysis and experimental tests, and it has studied the fabrication proces
