1、 I 摘 要 本次设计主要针对国内外近十年来新建步进式加热炉的设计特点及运行况,从攀钢 轧钢车间步进式加热炉液压系统原理分析,根据现场使用的经验,从液压系统设计和元 件的优化配置人手,提出设计方案,分析其优缺点和可行性。本设计的研究内容主要包 括以下: (1)根据液压系统要求确定设计方案。 (2)对系统主要零件液压缸结构设计和主要参数的确定。 (3)确定液压系统和原理图的绘制。 (4)液压钢装配图的绘制。 本设计很好的解决了步进式加热炉在上升和平移过程中对坯料平稳运行、轻托轻放 等问题,从而保证生产工作顺利进行,满足加热车间的要求,从而使本液压系统达到结 构合理可靠、经济效益高、利用率强的特点
