1、 摘 要 本工程对济南市阳光青年旅舍进行了建筑结构、基础设计，建筑总面积为 3262.5 平方米左右。在整个设计过程中，根据建筑设计、抗震方面等的要求，确定合理的结构 形式和结构布置方案，确定框架、基础的形式。根据要求采用了钢筋混凝土框架结构。 严格遵循相关的专业规范的要求，参考相关资料和有关最新的国家标准规范，对设计的 各个环节进行综合全面的科学性考虑。 本工程上部为三层的框架结构旅舍，设计中选取一榀主框架以及楼面板进行截面设 计及配筋计算。首先根据框架布局确定各构件尺寸，进行恒载、活载及风荷载的统计。 然后根据弯矩二次分配法和 D 值法进行竖向荷载和风荷载及地震的内力计算。之后进行 内力组
