1、 1 摘摘 要要 本毕业设计课题是制订 S195 型柴油机发动机连杆零件的机械制造工艺规程 及粗铣连杆盖结合面夹具设计, 目的是希望能在降低产品的生产成本的同时又可 以制造出品质优良的产品,在最少的工序或加工时间中制造出满足形状、尺寸、 精度、表面粗糙度等要求的产品。设计应在保证加工精度的同时,又利用工件装 卸的合理夹具结构,并有一定实用价值。由于理论知识与实践经验的有限。我将 考虑采用普遍性强的加工方法, 但该零件的机械加工工艺规程可以适当采用较为 先进的制造工艺方法和专用机床设备,刀具和量具。本课题的主要内容是分析零 件的技术条件画出零件图及毛坯图。拟定合理的工艺路线,粗镗大头孔夹具草图
