2、情况的基础上，从学 校的实际需求出发，基于 ACCESS 数据库管理系统，用 DELPHI 7 作为开发工具设 计并实现了一个功能较完善的学校综合管理系统。 通过对系统进行一系列的需求 分析、系统设计、编码、测试等工作，使系统实现了信息浏览、信息管理、信息 统计等多种功能。系统包括学校基本信息管理、学生信息管理、成绩管理、教职 工管理、教职工工资管理、学生缴费系统、仪器设备管理、系统管理等八个功能 模。本文重点对系统设计过程作了相应描述，同时也对系统需求改进的地方作了 总结。 本系统经过测试，运行效果稳定，操作方便、快捷。同时能较好地解决学 校管理中的一些管理工作。 关键关键词词：学校综合管理
