2、水电站建设工地。本文以煤矿运输为背景,对该工况下要求的 上运机进行设计和计算。而对于实际生产中对带式输送机结构所提出的要求,以 整体结构为前提,对整个上运机中的传动系统和制动系统进行了设计与计算。其 中传动系统的设计,选择电动机减速器作为驱动设备,由电动机通过联轴器、 减速器带动传动滚筒,以摩擦为牵引力传给输送带使其运动并输送物资。而拉紧 装置则选择了液压系统从而对整个装置进行了拉紧,设计了液压系统,而且计算 与选择了主要元器件。 关键词关键词 上运机;输送带;驱动装置;拉紧装置 毕业设计(论文) 3 Abstract The up-transmisstion machine is one k
