1、 某高层住宅楼建筑给水排水设计 摘要:建筑给水排水工程是介绍建筑内部的给水、消防给水、排水、雨水、热水供 应的基本理论、设计原理、方法,以及安装及管理方面的基本知识和技术。 本次设计的对象属于高层住宅楼,建筑总面积 44346m2,自然层总数 24 层, 总高度 72.2m。此楼设有生活给水、热水、消防、排水、雨水系统。 生活冷水给水系统:采用分区给水方式,根据市政管网压力和楼高共分两个 区,其中 2 层以下为低区,3-22 层为高区。低区由市政给水管网直接供给,高区 由变频水泵集中供给。 生活热水给水系统:采用变频水泵集中给水方式。下置式分区供热水系统, 选择的是立管循环的热水供水方式。 生
