1、 I 摘要 本设计完成了*矿 3.0 Mt/a 动力煤选煤厂初步设计。该选煤厂属矿井型选煤厂,为铁 法煤业(集团)有限责任公司下属的现代化大型矿井,主要产品为特低灰动力煤。设计 首先对*矿的原煤质量情况进行综合分析,全面了解具体煤质特点,在此基础上完成了选 煤流程的确定,流程计算,设备选型,厂房布置,经济概算,图纸绘制等工作。参照选 煤厂设计规范选择合理的选煤工艺方法,尽可能采用回收率、自动化程度高的重介选煤 方法,实现模块化结构及设备大型化,并保证生产工艺系统具有足够灵活性功能,以便根 据市场变化,科学组织生产方案,实现企业效益最大化。 关键词:选煤厂关键词:选煤厂; ;初步设计初步设计;
