2、、系统控制的方案确定等。 结合建筑特点与实际，制定空调设计方案。在符合实际的基础上尽量使系统 有更强的功能性和操作性，所以本设计采用风机盘管加新风系统，人员少或者停 留时间不长且不易送新风的小房间则靠自然通风来达到换气的目的。 从第一层至 第九层均采用吊顶式空调机组，风机盘管采用下送风的方式。而新风则在客房采 用侧送风，其他房间采用下送风 第一层新风机组置于厨房部分的室外， 可最大化的减少机组噪音对大厅人员 的影响，而从第二层至第九层的新风机组则置于相应的机房里， 制冷机房设于地面一层最西面，选用一台螺杆式冷水机组，夏季供冷冻水， 冷冻水泵选择的是两用一备，冷却水泵选择也是两用一备，冷却塔置于
