1、 摘要 电气设计是建筑设计中不可或缺的重要一环,传统的建筑电气设计已不能满足现代 人们生活的要求,现代的建筑电气设计除采用先进的技术、先进的手段实现不断发展的 建筑功能要求外,正向着人性化,智能化方向发展。本次智能建筑电气设计,本着“以 人为本”的态度,严格遵循建筑电气设计规范、标准,进行设计。 本设计是宏基加州海岸 7#楼电气系统设计。该建筑地上 5 层和一个阁楼,地上 5 层均为住宅。本次设计的主要内容分为强电部分和弱电部分。强电部分:该部分包括有 照明系统、插座系统、防雷接地系统的设计;弱电部分:该部分包括有线电视系统、电 话系统、可视对讲系统的设计等。其中照明系统主要包括照度计算,灯具
2、选择及插座数 量的确定,负荷计算主要是确定导线截面、型号和断路器等配电设备的选型,防雷接地 系统包括确定防雷等级及各种防雷措施,接地选择和测试方法。 设计中查阅大量电气相关的资料, 完成了照度计算, 负荷计算, 导线及设备的选择, 共用 AutoCAD 绘图 22 张,以及 1 张手绘图。 关键词:照明;插座;低压配电;防雷接地;有线电视 Abstract Electrical design is an important ring of building design.
