1、 II 减速箱体工艺规程及加工185H8 孔夹具设计 摘 要 本次毕业设计以减速器的箱体为设计对象,主要设计任务有两项:第一项箱体零件 加工工艺规程的设计;第二项是箱体185H8 镗孔夹具的设计。在箱体零件加工工艺规 程的设计中,首先对零件进行分析,根据零件的材料,生产纲领及其它来确定毛坯的制 造形式,其次进行加工基面的选择与工艺路线的制订,最后进行加工余量、工序尺寸及 切削用量等的计算与确定。在工装夹具部分的设计中,首先是定位方案的确定,根据各 自工序的不同特点来进行定位基准的选择,以及进行切削力及夹紧力的计算。 关键词:工序;加工余量;定位方案;夹紧力 ABSTRACT The gradu
