1、 i 摘 要 近年来,交流电机变频调速及其相关技术的研究己成为现代电气传动领域的一个重 要课题,并且随着新的电力电子器件和微处理器的推出以及交流电机控制理论的发展, 交流变频调速技术还将会取得巨大进步。 本文对变频调速理论,逆变技术,SPWM产生原理进行了研究,在此基础上设计了一 种新型数字化三相SPWM变频调速系统,以8051控制专用集成芯片 SA4828为控制核心, 采用IGBT作为主功率器件, 同时采用EXB840构成IGBT的驱动电路, 整流电路采用二极管, 可使功率因数接近1,并且只用一级可控的功率环节,电路结构比较简单。 本文在控制上采用恒 f V 控制,同时,软件程序使得参数的输
