1、 摘摘 要要 本设计为油封钢圈拉深模具设计,油封钢圈是固定油封并使油封有足够密封空间的一 种冲压件。查询阅读阅相关的书籍资料然后再根据零件的尺寸、材料、生产批量等的要求, 分析零件的工艺性。最终得出使用集落料拉深冲孔的复合型模具制造该零件,才能最大的 提高生产效率和保证产品的质量。设计当中首先分析零件的工艺性后确定排样和裁板,计 算压力中心和所需的冲压力后再选择压力机,然后计算凸、凹的零部件和最终的设计选择 所需模具刃口尺寸及公差后就对压力机进行校核,选择所需要标准件后绘制模具装配图。 在结构设计中,是对落料凹模、卸料板、冲孔凸模、落料拉深凸凹模和拉深冲孔凸凹模进 行结构设计。根据设计计算结果
