1、毕业设计(论文) I 摘摘 要要 传统的 C650 卧式车床采用继电器实现电气控制,接线多且复杂,体积大,功耗 大,一旦系统构成,想改变或增加功能很困难,其工作性能已不能达到现代生产的要 求。因此,以 PLC 取代常规的继电器,可提高工作性能,并且达到车床的控制要求。 本次设计介绍了 C650 卧式车床电气控制系统的工作原理及其运动形式,编写了 PLC 控制梯形图程序和指令表程序。利用 PLC 控制系统,实现了车床启动、正转反 转、反接制动、刀架快速移动、冷却泵在作等一些列功能,改由 PLC 控制后,其控 制系统大大的简单化,并且维修方便,易于检查,节省大量的继电器元件,机床的各项性 能有了很

Using PLC control system, realized the lathe, are turning inversion, reverse connect braking, cutter in fast moving, cooling pump and some function. By PLC control, the control system of large and convenient maintenance, simple, easy to check and save a lot of relays, various properties of machine elements have greatly improved, work efficiency was obviously imp
