1、第 1 页 共 25 页 股权结构对公司发展的影响研究 摘 要：股权结构是公司治理的基础，优化股权结构的目的在于实现完善的公司治 理，提高企业竞争能力与企业经营业绩。本文以马克思的产权理论与西方经济学的 产权理论为基础，借鉴发达国家与地区股权结构与公司治理改革的成功经验，结合 我国上市公司的实际材料，研究我国上市公司股权结构与公司治理。在吸收国内外 股权结构与公司治理研究成果基础上， 构建适合我国国情与公司发展的股权结构与 公司治理模式。提出对国有股应有新的认识，国家应重视在重要的战略领域与关系 到国计民生的行业保持国家控股地位，改国有股为国有法人股，设立国有资产管理 机构加强对国有资产的管理
