1、 摘 要 随着电力系统配电网络规模的扩大,网络的监测愈显重要。为了能够更加精确、 简便的监测配电网络,提高电网的可靠性,利用单片机信号处理能力强的特点,在一 种新的采样原理的基础上,设计了一种三相电压电流测试仪。本测试仪用电压和电流 互感器构建信号转换电路,将大电压电流信号转换为便于处理的小电压电流信号,以 80C196KC作为主控芯片,采用专用电能计量芯片对信号进行数据采集与处理,并通过 SPI口与MCU进行数据通信。本测试仪可以同时对电压、电流、频率等电参数进行测量, 参数显示采用液晶显示技术,并配有RS485通信接口,可以将测量的数据传送到监控中 心,多台测试仪表还可以形成控制网络,便于
2、管理。在抗干扰方面,本测试仪采用软 硬件相结合的方式,从硬件电路到软件编程,都提供了相对应的抗干扰措施,大大的 提高了测试仪的抗干扰能力,增强了稳定性。另外,本测试仪集测量、控制、显示等 功能于一体,具有测量信号多、精度高、显示直观、高性价比等特点,还形成了多系 列产品,并能灵活进行倍率调整,可以满足不同用户的不同需要,具有良好的应用前 景。 关键词: 单片机;测试仪;液晶显示 1 ABSTRACT With the development of the electric power system.the supervision of network states is becoming mo

4、nductors can transform strong signal to weak signal which can be processed conveniently. 80C196KC is the main-control chip of the EPMI.The EPMI uses the special chip to measure electrical energy to acquire and process data.The communication depends on SPI interface.The EPMI can measure voltage,current,frequency and other electrical parameters synchronously, and display the measured parameters on LCD.Furthermore, the EPMI can transmite the measured data to the surveillance room through RS485 bus
