1、摘 要 I 鼓式制动器总成三维建模及有限元分析 摘 要 本文首先对鼓式制动器的研究背景及意义、国内外的研究现状、汽车鼓式制 动器的发展概况进行了详细的介绍;并且对与三维建模相关的理论基础,包括 CAD/CAM/CAE 的发展、Pro-E 的基本功用、Pro-E 的基本概念及基本方法做了详 细的讲解;然后参考同类产品的结构特点,通过三维建模的实际运用对鼓式制动 器总成及其零部件建立了相关的三维实体模型, 并在装配环境下对分泵与其相关 的零部件进行装配,最终生成鼓式制动器总成。在此基础上运用 Pro/E 建模软件 与Pro / mechanica 有限元分析软件对其主要零部件分泵的三维实体模型进行

In the basic ,use the Pro/E modeling software and the Pro / mechanical analysis software on the three-dimensional modeling of Wheel Cylinder, make the finite element analysis about stress and emergency of the caliper cylinder bore and educe the result, by appraising, the result accord with the natural demand of use.
