3、ACT III ABSTRACT With the increasing competition of consumer market, as well as the increasing scramble costs of customers, cultivate and maintain loyal customer groups has become an important strategy to win the enterprise market, how to establish and maintain customer loyalty has become a concern
4、focus for management theory and business. Consumer demand will increasingly diversify, so customer loyalty is also more difficult to grasp. In this paper, the use of customer loyalty research results have been combined with the specificity of foam cleanser, as well as the characteristics of the market behavior, we focus on major factors in customer loyalty, in conjunction with foam cleanser to consumers, and study that customer loyalty with the empirical research.
