1、 460 t/d 玻璃液浮法生产线原料车间工艺设计 摘要:浮法玻璃生产工艺是目前平板玻璃生产的主要工艺。本设计是 460 t/d 玻璃液 浮法玻璃生产线原料车间的工艺设计, 主要进行了配料计算、 热工计算、 总工艺计算、 储库计算、车间的工艺流程选择、设备选型计算,运用 AutoCAD 绘制了车间的工艺 布置图及全厂总平面布置图。经过方案比较,采用了四破碎系统:即砂岩、白云石- 石灰石、长石、芒硝-纯碱破碎系统,其中砂岩为三级破碎,白云石-石灰石、长石为 两级破碎, 芒硝-纯碱为一级破碎。 主机设备有: PEF400600 型鄂式破碎机、 PC1010 型锤式破碎机、2PGC450 500 型
