1、 摘要 机械手是在自动化生产过程中发展起来的一种新型装置,广泛应用于工业生 产和其他领域。可编程控制器(PLC)已在工业生产过程中得到广泛的应用。论文 以三菱 FX2N 型 PLC 为基础,介绍 PLC 在机械手搬运控制中的应用,设计了一套可 行的机械手控制系统,并给出了详细的 PLC 程序。介绍了一种基于 PLC 控制的气 动机械手的设计,详细介绍了气动机械手的结构设计、工作原理、气压传动系统 和电气控制系统设计等具体内容。介绍了气动机械手的动作顺序及其应用 PLC 进 行控制的设计方法,建立了相应的气动原理图,确定了 PLC 的输入输出量,建 立了 PLC 控制的硬件接线图及相应的控制流程
