1、 1 摘 要 本文设计了一个集成直流稳压电源。设计采用变压器变压,桥式整流电路进 行整流,电容对脉动电压进行滤波,最后用可调电阻和三端集成稳压器来实现直 流电压在 2.5V 到 25V 之间的连续可调。数字电压显示部分根据数字电压表的设 计原理,采用集成 TC7107 来完成模拟信号到数字信号的转换并驱动数码显示。 电压采用 LED 共阴极数码管显示。该稳压电源具有性能稳定,结构简单,电压 指标精度较高,调节方便等优点。 关键词:桥式整流、滤波、稳压、译码器、变压器、TC7107、模拟信号、数字信号、 数码显示管。 Abstract In this paper, the design is a
