1、 I 年产 5 吨香菇多糖的工艺设计 摘要：设计了以香菇为原料，年产 5 吨香菇多糖的工艺设计，其重点 为乙醇回收的精馏塔设计计算及辅助设备的计算选型。本设计包含设计 说明书和图纸两部分。 说明书主要包括香菇多糖的提取工艺、 工艺流程； 建厂可行性分析；全厂总平面布置说明；精馏车间的工艺计算设计及说 明；非工艺部分设计包括供排水工程、供气供电系统、采暖、通风、照 明、安全、卫生、防腐、三废处理及环境保护等说明。说明书的主要部 分为精馏塔的工艺计算及其辅助设备的计算选型。在这一部分中用到了 物料衡算、热量衡算及其大量的相关的经验公式。 关键词：香菇 香菇多糖 精馏塔设计 塔设备校核 附属设备选型
